[Asia Daily Lee Geumjun reporter] Group MYNAME made it on the Oricon Daily charts at number 5 with their 2nd Japanese single.

MYNAME’s 2nd Japanese single ‘What’s Up’ made it to number 5 on the Oricon Daily chart on the 21st, selling 12,948 albums.

In the top 5 positions, Girls’ Generation and MYNAME were the only foreign artistes to chart. MYNAME attracted more attention for achieving that rank despite being a rookie.

A representative from their agency H2Media said, “The members are all happy that they achieved meaningful results in Japan. They are preparing for their first Japanese Zepp tour in December. With the aim of having a Korean comeback after wrapping up their Japanese activities, they are preparing for their new album.”

Meanwhile, MYNAME will hold their first solo Zepp tour on December 15th and 17th in Osaka and Tokyo, and they plan to meet their fans.
